The short version: These pages don't ask for your name, email or phone number. If you call us, your call is recorded and connected to a licensed insurance agent. We use cookies and similar tools to measure our ads, and you can opt out at any time. We don't sell your information for money.
Who we are
RestAssured is a marketing brand of All Phone Leads, Inc. ("RestAssured," "we," "us"). This policy covers get.restassuredbenefits.com, restassuredbenefits.com and phone calls made to the numbers shown on those sites. We are not an insurance company or an insurance agency. Calls are answered by independently licensed insurance agents; see our Licensing page.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers. Your age range, whether you have life insurance today, and how you'd use a policy. We use these to measure which pages work. We don't attach them to your name.
- Device and usage information. Your browser type, device, approximate location (city or state, from your IP address), the pages you view, the buttons you tap, and the ad or link that brought you here. Cookies, pixels and similar tools collect this.
- Call information, if you call. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. On the call, the agent may ask for your name, date of birth, address, health information and payment details to give you a quote or an application. That information is collected by the licensed agency the agent works for and is also covered by that agency's own privacy notice.
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
- To connect your call to a licensed agent who can help you.
- To keep records of calls for quality, training, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
- To measure and improve our pages and ads, including which ads lead to calls.
- To detect fraud and protect our sites.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Call-routing and phone providers that connect and record calls on our behalf.
- Licensed insurance agents and agencies who take your call, and the insurance companies they quote for you.
- Advertising and analytics partners (for example, the ad platform that showed you our ad) that receive device and usage information through cookies and pixels to measure ad results. Under some state laws, this may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information for advertising. You can opt out (see below).
- Authorities and others when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger, sale or similar business transaction.
We don't sell your information for money, and we don't share your quiz answers with insurance companies.
Calls and texts
We don't call or text you unless you call us first. These pages don't ask for permission to send you automated calls or text messages. If you call and ask an agent to call you back, they may do so about your request. You can tell the agent at any time that you don't want more calls.
Your choices

- Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and pixels.
- Cookies: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages still work without them.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We extend these rights to all U.S. visitors. We won't treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, email info@allphoneleads.com, or write to us at the mailing address below. We'll verify your request by matching information we already have, such as the phone number you called from, and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they're authorized. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll respond within 45 days.
How long we keep it
We keep call recordings and call records for up to 5 years to meet insurance and telemarketing record-keeping rules, then delete them. We keep website usage information for up to 26 months.
Security
We limit access to people and providers who need it to do their jobs, and we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.

Links to other websites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we'll also note it at the top of this page.
